The Colorado REALTOR® Foundation’s vision is to leave a legacy that will impact Colorado residents, now and far into the future, to educate about the importance and facts of home ownership, and to cultivate the American dream that everyone deserves a home. The Colorado REALTOR® Foundation’s mission is: To aid individuals by funding Colorado Nonprofits that ensure safe and affordable housing, to educate on home ownership, and support disaster relief.

The Colorado REALTOR® Foundation is a registered 501(C)(3) nonprofit organization, all donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the IRS tax code.

CRF will have three programs that will allow us to achieve our mission, Housing, Education, and Disaster Relief.

1.) Housing Program

The housing program will operate to support Colorado Nonprofit Organizations that provide safe, decent and affordable housing to Colorado residents. Grants will be given to qualified Colorado Nonprofits that support safe and affordable housing.

2.) Education Program

The Education Program will work to educate the community on the importance of home ownership, how it supports the community, and will provide the information necessary to make informed decisions when it comes to purchasing a home.

3.) Disaster Relief

The Disaster Relief program is designed to assist throughout the United States so REALTORS® can come together when a disaster strikes.
